We realized that life gets crazy and things get in the way of being on time, so we ask that if you are going to be late that you let us know. Please be aware that if you do arrive late we can not guarantee your full service will be performed that day, in some cases we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day.
Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged a late cancelation fee. Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. By confirming your appointment you agree to this policy.
If you are unhappy with your service,please let us know within 7 days of your service and we will gladly work with you to fix it. Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with a product you purchased from us please bring it back within 7 days for an even exchange. We do not provide refunds for products
The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we ask that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks.
Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation
Deposits must be paid to book the following services: Full foil, balayage, keratin treatments or any other lengthy service. Existing clients with a no-show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.
We accept cash, major credit cards, cash app, Venmo and Apple Pay for payments
For the safety of your children and to ensure we give our clients the attention they deserve, we ask our clients to leave children at home unless the child is scheduled for an appointment in the salon. Children coming to the salon for an appointment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their service.
